Sales Manager/Account Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Interaction with key customers of the company;
• Searching for new customers (with access to LPR) and updating the existing customer base to identify new needs. Main areas: retail, logistics, manufacturing, banking;
• Identification of needs, preparation and presentation of infrastructure solutions (network infrastructure, engineering, telecom, telephony, information security solutions and other promising areas), as well as the company's services to regular and new customers;
• Organising face-to-face meetings with customers, participation in events/exhibitions and meetings with potential customers;
• Formation of sales and presales strategy by customers;
• Handling incoming enquiries from customers, presentation of solutions;
• Preparation of commercial proposals, involvement of technical managers and technical specialists in projects;
• Conclusion of contracts, maintenance of related documentation;
• Maintaining reports in CRM (Bitrix24).

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 years in sales and account management (IT-direction);
• Successful cases of expanding client base;
• Good presentation skills and willingness to quickly understand technical details;
• Initiative and proactivity, analytical mindset;
• Interest in information technology and desire to grow in this field;
• Willingness to work flexible hours (for personal meetings with clients);
• English at B1 level.

Middle frontend developer

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining the company's product;
• Conducting code reviews;
• Covering code with tests;
• Estimating the labour intensity of project tasks;
• Interaction with the team (backend, UX/UI, Devops) and contractors;
• Maintaining the project in the git version control system (internal GitLab server);
• Analysing and fixing bugs.

Requirements:

• Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of React/Next library and at least two years of experience using it in commercial projects;
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
• Mandatory: experience in developing real-time monitoring systems (SCADA, BI, smart home, etc.);
• Experience in developing secure, highly loaded systems and creating projects from scratch;
• Ability to work in a small team;
• Experience developing or implementing mapping;
• Experience writing unit and integration tests;
• Experience with Git;
• English at B1 level (reading technical documentation).

Experience with Figma will be a plus.

Network engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Participation as a technical expert in projects on construction of operation and modernisation of corporate networks (switching, routing, IP-telephony, wireless access networks (Wi-Fi), information security);
• Interaction with project customers;
• Pre-project survey;
• Development of technical solutions and control of their implementation;
• Interaction with equipment manufacturers and IT-service providers;
• Selection of equipment and preparation of specifications;
• Analysis and troubleshooting of network problems;
• Selection of equipment according to TOR, collection of information for preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the principles of building modern LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP networks functioning;
• Skills in building and administering large Enterprise networks;
• Experience with routing;
• Knowledge of protocols of fault tolerance and redundancy;
• Information security skills in IP networks and experience with traffic filtering settings;
• Experience of working with active network equipment of vendors: Cisco/Huawei/Mikrotik/etc;
• Knowledge of the main product lines of network equipment;
• Experience in network infrastructure design;
• Knowledge of network technologies and protocols at ‘CCNP’ level.

• Selection of equipment, drawing up specifications, etc.;
• Configuration of server equipment;

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Linux (command line skills);
• Technical education or experience as an engineer/technical support specialist/other technical position;
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks, routing, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, IMAP protocols.
• Readiness for regular business trips;
• Willingness to develop and willingness to take the necessary courses within the first months of work in the company (paid by the employer).

Will be a plus: basic programming skills (Bash, Python, similar); experience with Docker containers.
