Project Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Management of projects at all stages of its life cycle: from site surveys, preparation of pre-project survey reports, etc.
• Design of systems: SCS, EOM, ACS, SS, communication systems, power supply systems, security and fire alarm systems, warning systems;
• Determination of the list of initial documentation and other data necessary for the implementation of design work;
• Development of TOR and CHTZ;
• Interaction with project teams.

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary specialized technical education;
• Work experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Confident user of AutoCAD;
• Work experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Skill to work in team.

Multimedia Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Management, organization and control of project implementation;
• Pre-project survey of the object;
• Determination of the scope of work and the formation of a project plan;
• Participation in the development of specifications;
• Preparation and control of execution of the project budget;
• Interaction with suppliers of services and equipment;
• Selection of contractors, materials and equipment;
• Knowledge of the videoconferencing market, multimedia solutions market, telecommunications equipment market. Knowledge of audio / video signals and their formats, the basics of video conferencing;
• Organization of preparation and submission of project documentation;
• Control of payment for the work performed;
• Organization and participation in the delivery of the object / work to the Customer;
• Preparation of the necessary reporting for the customer and manager.

Requirements:

Higher technical education;
At least 3 years of experience in project management;
Experience with multimedia systems, engineering, switching equipment.
Experience in maintaining project and technical documentation (schedule, terms of reference, financial reports);
Experience with project budgets
Experience in acceptance and delivery of work volumes to the Customer;
Leadership skills;
The ability to find the right information, structure it, highlight the essence.
Attention to detail, responsibility;
Ability to prioritize work and effectively build a workflow;
Communication skills, analytical skills;
Knowledge of 1C, Bitrix24 is desirable.
